
Prior to joining CareerEdge, Nathalie was a Senior Consultant and Director of Colt Capital, a consulting firm providing services to a number of small and mid-sized organizations both in commercial and non-profit sectors. Her areas of expertise center around strategic and business planning, operations, resource optimization, market positioning, business development and financing.
Nathalie moved to Florida from Washington D.C. just over two years ago. Locally, a large part of her work in the Tampa Bay area has been with the Gulf Coast Community Foundation, focusing on building capacity in local non-profit organizations. She has been instrumental in assisting these organizations in optimizing their strategic direction and resources in order to better serve the essence of their mission.
In earlier years Nathalie has had experience as CEO of organizations in both design and technology, namely Swivel Secure Inc and Blore Hall, as well as her own design company, Nathalie deWolf Designs, where she created successful brand and market development strategies.
Prior to that, she was Senior Manager at MCI in their Strategy and Business Planning Division where she advised on existing operational divisions, and new venture opportunities. This position was a natural extension after a number of years spent with global Management Consultants, Booz Allen and Hamilton, where she worked as a Business Analyst, and an Associate, in both their London and New York offices.
Nathalie attended the University of London’s London School of Economics and Westfield Colleges. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and French. She previously served on the board of Prevent Child Abuse in Washington D.C. and currently serves on the board of Beyond the Spectrum, a center for children with Autism Spectrum disorders, here in Sarasota.

A resident of the Sarasota-Bradenton area for more than a decade, David served as Director of Workforce Solutions at the State College of Florida (SCF) for nearly 10 of those years. In that position, he worked closely with workforce stakeholders to develop and deliver both short and long term training programs to the benefit of local employers.
David has held professional positions both in the USA and abroad in diverse areas, from corporate education to local economic development. Previously, David held positions as: Manager, International Projects at ITT ESI; Director, Digital Learning at Pentacle Learning; and Senior Asia Specialist, Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
David is an expert in assessing challenges and developing solutions. He has a track record in successfully recruiting domestic and international participants from academic, technical and professional backgrounds to degree programs and non-credit training programs.
David has proven relationship-building abilities. In particular, he is skilled in directing and motivating team members to deliver peak performance in support of business targets. Versed at extending and leveraging existing networks, he enjoys working with employers and candidates on hiring, career laddering, and business processes improvement.
David holds a Master of Science in Adult Education from Indiana University, where he concentrated in distance education. His B.A. is from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany, where he double majored in Economics and International Relations. David is a polyglot; he speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Korean.
